Payments made by credit card are made under the protection of Sabadell´s own SSL secure server.
At the time of purchase, and once you are redirected to the bank gateway to make the payment, the system will ask you for the number and expiration date of the card to follow the Bank’s instructions.
The process will end when you return to this page indicating that the payment has been made successfully and sent to the Store.
Shipments within Spain are made through Chronoexpress or similar companies in the sector. They are priced at € 2.95 and delivery time is 24/48 hours once the order leaves our warehouse.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a cost of € 5 and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a cost of € 10, with Correos, and the delivery time is 48/96 hours once the order leaves our warehouse.
Shipments to other countries are made through Spring GDS. Shipping costs are € 5.95 to any country in Europe. Home delivery time varies between 3 and 9 days depending on the country.
For countries outside the EU, check the price. In all cases, the total price of the order is calculated by adding the products ordered plus the shipping costs.
If upon receipt of the package from the carrier there are signs of tampering or breakage, it is essential to indicate it on the carrier’s delivery note, whether it is on paper or by PDA, at the time of signing, or rejecting the order, stating the reason. If not indicated, Tiendas Agatha will not be able to take charge of the claim to the transport company, and the client cannot claim from Tiendas Agatha either.
As official distributors of all the perfume, cosmetic and makeup brands that we offer through our online store, we can offer you the entire catalog of brand products, even if we do not have the product in stock.
We have a continuous merchandise replacement system for our physical perfumeries, through which we place orders with the brands we work with continuously and include the products that our customers reserve.
In this way, you have at your disposal the entire product catalog of the brands that we work with at your disposal. Even for a product of which we do have units in stock, but you need more, you can reserve those extra units for when the order arrives. In a period that varies between 7 and 21 days, you will have your reserved products at home.
In addition, if you cannot find any of the products you are looking for in our catalog, let us know, we will do everything possible to achieve it, even if it is a question of discontinued or retired items.
Due to the fact that the catalog of brands is constantly changing, with discontinuations and product recalls, it may be that some of the reserved products are not available at the time of placing the replacement order. In that case we will refund your order immediately.
The cases may not correspond exactly to the photograph. Due to the manufacturing policy of the brand’s cases, there may be several models of cases with the same value. The main product of the case you receive will always have the quantity in ml expressed in the description of the item, but the gifts may vary.
Once the order made through our store has been received, the customer will have a period of 14 calendar days to return it with the following limitations: Only items in perfect condition, in their original packaging and that have not been used, will be accepted. for the client. Products that present a technical defect or breakdown will be subject to the guarantee regime.
Consumables, and items that include software, or those that can be copied electronically, will only be accepted when the warranty seals are intact.
All returns are subject to the following rules:

- The merchandise will be returned in perfect condition, in its original and duly protected packaging.

- Returns that are accepted by Tiendas Agatha as a result of a shipping error attributable to Tiendas Agatha, will be borne by the seller, including the costs derived from shipping and collecting the wrong merchandise.
- Any return related to a problem in the condition of the product, attributable to the manufacturer of the product and not to Tiendas Agatha, must be managed directly between the customer and the manufacturer. In the event that the customer requests Tiendas Agatha to mediate in the claim, all the expenses generated in the shipment of the merchandise to the manufacturer for analysis will be borne by the customer, subsequently being reimbursed to the customer if the manufacturer accepts the claim as valid. . Merchandise inspection times vary by manufacturer.
All prices are updated through an automated process in which product pricing errors may occur. Agatha Stores reserves the right to cancel the order and the full refund of the amount if an error of this type occurs.
Warranty and repairs: The products sold enjoy the warranty period established by the manufacturer / owner of the brand (hereinafter “manufacturer”). The manufacturer is in charge of supporting the guarantee thereof. Warranty rights due to defects that are due to:
- Loss of the Guarantee card.
- Breakage or tampering with the guarantee seals.
- When it comes to maintenance, adjustment, review or cleaning repairs.
- Damaged material, without adequate packaging and / or transport damage.
- Use of unsuitable accessories.
- Due to the existence of a life cycle shorter than the established warranty period.
All products that are shown as an offer are valid indefinitely until stocks are exhausted, except in cases where a validity deadline is expressly stated in the description of the product.
